Shore up cleanliness around the pool areas!!! Fix unclear signage and give better directions for accessing the pool!!! Improve the odd lobby design and address noise disturbances from common areas!!!

The staff here really stood out, especially Nagi who helped us find our way to downtown and Michael in the breakfast room who was super friendly. I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and enjoyed the outdoor pool on a sunny day. The only hiccup was some maintenance work that started a bit early, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 🌞

i loved staying at ramada! the convenient location near dfw airport made it super easy for travel. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the king room was clean with a comfy bed. breakfast was delicious, and i also appreciated the neat outdoor garden area that added charm to the place. the fitness room was larger than most hotels i’ve been to, which was a great bonus.

Navigating the massive entrance can be tricky, as the front desk isn’t immediately obvious. The indoor pool had murky water that looked like it hadn’t been treated, while the outdoor pool was entirely closed for cleaning despite perfectly warm weather. Unkempt outdoor areas with leftover trash and an odd storage room route to access amenities gave an impression of neglect. Also, the noise traveling through the hallway and a bright exterior light disrupted what should have been a restful night. To top it off, the mattress felt way too soft for my liking, which led to an uncomfortable sleep.
